Hi I'm Courtney Peters, the founder of COCO MARIE HAIR. I've always had a passion for the beauty industry and shortly after high school I new that was the route I wanted to take instead of college. I grew up as a dancer and gymnast and danced professionally throughout the country on different dance and hip hop companies until I had my first child. I was a Denver Broncos Cheerleader for 3 years during their back to back championship days in 1997-98, I lived in L.A. auditioning for dance roles, worked on a Royal Carribean cruise ship and partly lived in Miami plus spent almost a decade in Atlanta doing hair and dancing with Culture Shock (professional hip hop company). Upon moving back to my hometown in Denver to be by my family again I opened up my first salon and then met my husband. We now have two beautiful boys and are business partners with our hair company and our two salons in Denver. Becoming a mom has been my favorite part of my life, I never knew how much love I could have for another human being until my children were born. I'm also incredibly lucky to be married to a man that shares all my passions in life with me, is so supportive and is the most loyal persona to me.
