SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

WEEKEND ORDERS:
Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM MST, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday. FedEx does not pick up Coco Marie Hair Extension orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Express Shipping is 2 business days and does not include weekends or order processing time. Weekends are not business days, and Express shipping time begins once the order ships.

Example: If you place an Express order on Friday evening, your order will ship Monday and is expected to arrive Tuesday.

Please plan accordingly when ordering hair for upcoming appointments.

COCO MARIE HAIR is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
You will receive tracking information via email once order has shipped.

All in store pick up orders need up to 48 hours for fulfillment. You will receive a email that your order is ready to be picked up at 8741 Sheridan Blvd. Westminster, CO 80003. If you order hair for in store pick up on a Friday or Saturday, please be advised it won't arrive to our pick up location until after 10 am the following Monday.

Hair extensions will not be eligible for a refund/exchange due to fading, sunscreen, harsh water damage or overuse of protein enhanced products. Hair extensions will fade over time just like natural hair and will need color refreshed. We highly encourage artists to purchase a swatch ring as color matching from thumbnail photo is not recommended.
